Smart City Environmental Monitor Pilot Project

This Smart Environment Monitor pilot project will collect a variety of information, which will be made available to the public via open data.

The sensors will monitor a range of environmental factors such as CO2, dust, sound and temperature. This data can then be used to create innovative solutions to improve the experience of the city.

A Smarter, Better Connected City

We’ve got two pilot projects – one around smart parking and one around smart lighting. Both of these projects are real jewels in our crown around how we can start to think differently and test some of these theories that we’ve got around service transformation.
